Almost, Maine
A special almost-Valetine's Day offering from AACT! One clear, cold night, as the Northern Lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways. Welcome to Almost, Maine, a place that is so far north it is almost Canada. And it's not quite a town, because the residents never got around to getting organized. So, it almost doesn't exist. Tonight, knees are bruised; hearts are broken. But bruises heal, and hearts mend (Almost!) in this delightful midwinter night's dream. (Rated PG-13 due to mature themes of love, relationships and loss.)
This production will be held at the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center located at 222 E Drake Avenue in Auburn, Alabama.
February 6, 7, and 8th at 7 p.m., February 9th at 2 p.m.
Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for children, students and seniors. For patrons requiring special seating for mobility reasons, up to three companion seats can be reserved. More seats than that may be purchased, but will not be reserved in the same area. Seating is first come, first serve with doors opening 30 minutes before the performance.
